The Story – Yirgacheffe & Sidamo Region

Yirgacheffe and Sidamo are among the most prestigious coffee regions in Ethiopia — the birthplace of coffee. The coffee trees grow at high altitudes (1600 – 2200 m a.s.l.), in fertile volcanic soil under a gentle tropical climate. These conditions give the beans their unmistakable character: refreshing fruity acidity, floral tones, and a clean, elegant flavor profile.

Coffees from Yirgacheffe are prized for their delicacy and complexity, while Sidamo adds a bolder fruit and citrus nuance. The result is a cup that unites the best of both worlds — a harmonious balance of brightness, freshness, and intensity.
